Fake Windows Support gives up on Linux and Suggest reboot

So I used one of the ubiquitous pop-ups to call the number and spoke with Claire, a nice lady, who assured me she would fix the problem. Using my Linux-Windows look-alike, she stumbled around trying to load Ultraviewer, finally connected with Alpemix, but since it was a Linux distro, really had nowhere to go. I almost laughed when she opened the terminal and saw I had forgotten to changed the name of the VB, so it said virtual-box right in the root name. Not sure if she noticed or not, but it was a pleasant way to spend some time and waste hers.
