These steps will apply on all type of PC which is unable to display.
First of all check your display cable and graphic card if it is in working condition then follow these steps.
1. Check the RAM, clean it and insert in properly.
2. Check the motherboard power.
3. Check the CPU connector and all motherboard connectors connected properly.
4. Check the CPU (in my case carbon found on CPU points). If you find any carbon or dust clean it and put it back again.
5. Check your power supply.
There is another hint, if your PC turned on without any display but you see the LED turned on in motherboard and CPU fan spin very fast and loudly it means your CPU is in trouble and you have to check it first. .
