Build an awesome mining rig on a budget – 2021

It seems like in 2021 everything has gone up in price, especially crypto mining gear 🙁

In this exciting and (ahem) long video I go step by step in detail how I built this Ethereum mining rig on a budget.

My target cost for this build is $3000 USD. I just punched through this to $3090 but I think you could do better if you shop around and (especially) if you don’t live in New Zealand – lol.

To save money I use a relatively cheap BTC-37 mining motherboard from amazon.com. With this build you don’t even need to buy risers!

Check it out and see what you think? I was very surprised at how well it turned out even compared to my more expensive builds, and the hash rates are really good.

Ask any questions or post your suggestions in the comments section. THANKS!

*DISCLAIMER* Even when you use the same equipment as shown in the video, your results might be different. There can be variations even with identical Graphics Cards because of product limitations. The overclock settings, voltages and configurations shown in my videos may not work for your setup because of GPU Brand/Memory/Manufacturing etc. Please test at your OWN RISK and do your OWN RESEARCH. Please be extremely careful when working with electrical components especially in an open frame system. *Always disconnect the power first*

Also I am not an expert (that is for sure) and I am still learning every day. This is not technical or financial advice and everything said should be considered personal opinion and for entertainment and educational purposes only.
