Fix Boot Device Not Found error in Windows

When you install Windows on a drive, it becomes the boot device. When a computer boots, the BIOS or UEFI looks for the OS installed on that drive, and continue the process further. Coming back to the error code, when the BIOS or UEFI doesn’t find any device from which it can boot, it gives the error saying the boot device cannot be found.
