Guys please remember that some mods can’t be fixed as they simply aren’t compatible with Patch 7 until they’re updated

So the mods started showing up in the BG3MM, but still said they were 3rd party in game when I reinstalled the mods I had before patch 7. As well as, when I hit continue game, it crashes or just goes back to the main menu after reaching 100%, hitting new game has the same result. I really don't know what to do

Ah ffs. FYI, save your mod load order BEFORE updating BG3MM… lost my entire load order thanks to that..
Ive done all these steps and read so many comments but still cant get script extender (~all mods that depend on it) to work and it makes me sad. It will probably take some time for someone to build 5E Spells out in the new tool if the creator decides to do it at all. Thank you for this guide though, it helped me get back going. 🙂

Im so lost, i dont have any of these folders
So I've done this twice now, after deleting and recompiling my 100+ list in BG3mm and the game runs vanilla. doesn't recognize that there is even an external mod manager. Any insights anyone?

For me, I'm installing mods via Vortex/Nexus, and for some reason I keep dealing with, in Vortex's load order, anytime I boot up/launch the game, multiple instances of GustavDev in the load order…I have no idea what's up with that, and while it hasn't caused me any issues (yet) I know it will pretty much make modded multiplayer impossible until me/the devs/modders/etc are all jolly well able to sort all of this out. >.<***
Update: So until later, I'll likely use the bg3mm as listed in the video, along with the game's own mod manager. X.x As it sounds like Vortex has way too much crap that comes with it. @.@

1:32 Are you sure about this? The last time I pressed on Verify integrity of game files, it downloaded ALL OF THE GAME with over 100GB, and not all of us have fiber optics..

Do I need to activate the mods in-game with the new mods menu? Mine are all unchecked in the new mods menu.

After countless updates to my mods, I'm still experiencing bugginess. Should I remove all mod-related downloads/installs, start fresh, and re-install everything? I am no longer getting the data mismatch screen, but I am having trouble exiting the game (it comes up with a place to type and a little checkmark thing). I'm tired as hell and just want to finish my previous playthrough so I can hop in with these new updates! (thank you for any ideas/help!!!)
So I tried all these tips and none of them fixed the problem but thank you for the tips I'm sure they'll still help alot of people with their problems. My game loads but the mods thing is glitched and theres a caution symbol by the continue button that just says not found when I hover over. In the mods tab every button says not found and wwhen I try to close the game it just shows a text box and doesnt let me do anything. I have to force close. If anyone has the same issue or knows what mod may be causing this please let me know in the comments tia!

is it safe to use vortex as well with the bg3mm?
I rolled back to patch 6. I have done most of what you recommended. BGMM see's the mods as I re-imported them. I drag them to the left and save them export to the game and they will not stay loaded. What am I doing wrong?
Always frustrating when you have a game working 100% as you want. Then a patch happens and breaks everything. Great. And of course my favourite mods are not updated yet for the new system (if ever will be) 🙁
